Island Premier accepts several payment methods:

Credit Cards (Online/Telephone)

Money Orders/Bank Checks

Personal Checks are limited to United States Banks Only Money Orders must be Internationally recognized if originating from outside of the United States.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

Please ensure that accurate information is provided for orders made through this method.

 

Delivery

Delivery costs are the sole resposibility of the customer. All deliveries are made by USPS (United States Post Service). A street address is necessary for all deliveries. Orders to mail boxes are not routinely processed. Island Premier is committed to processing orders in stock within 48 hours Mondays through Fridays 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Orders received before 2:00 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders received after 2:00 P.M will be processed and shipped on the following business day. USPS typically delivers within 1-6 business days to most locations within the United States and Canada. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

FREE SHIPPING

To receive free shipping the following criteria must be met:

Within US:   Purchase minimum $75.00

Canada:      Purchase minimum $100.00

Europe:       Purchase minimum $125.00

Australia:    Purchase minimum  $125.00

After you have completed your shopping, on the "checkout" page you may select the free shipping option.  Free shipping will be sent USPS First Class or UPS ground. If you do not wish to utilize the free shipping option, you may select the shipping method you prefer. 

OVERNIGHT AND 2ND DAY DELIVERY SERVICE

Customers must call for all orders classified as overnight or 2nd day delivery. Orders may be shipped overnight or 2nd day delivery within the United States and Canada depending on product availability and final destination.

ALL ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED OVERNIGHT OR 2ND DAY DELIVERY MUST BE IN BY 1:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME. ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 1:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME WILL BE SHIPPED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Island Premier will make every attempt to honor processing and shipping standards but does not guarantee delivery of products at estimated delivery times.

*No weekend or holiday delivery; no APO/FPO deliveries

 

Return Policy

Island Premier guarantees a 30-day money back policy to all our shoppers on all items with the exception of events tickets which are none refundable.. There are no returns for credit after the time limit has passed. This time limit does not apply to our warranty on products.

Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Items damaged due to negligence on the part of the consumer are not refundable. Items returned without original manufacturer packaging materials, manuals, and instruction information, opened food containers, or products otherwise unserviceable due to customer actions not associated with shipping are not refundable.

Procedure For Returning For Credit

In order to process returned items for credit please e-mail returns@islandp.com indicate your order number and the item(s) to be returned. You may indicate return for credit if the item is in good repair and you have contacted us within 30 days of the product being dispensed to the delivery address, except in instances where it can be proven that the time of delivery exceeded the 30 days limit. Partial returns of your total order are acceptable. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning items to Island Premier. Please note that islandp.com will only credit the credit card account that was used for payment if a credit card was the method of payment. A islandp.com check or internationally recognized legal tender will be used to refund all other methods of payment. Customers may opt for the exchange of item(s), identical in cost, or elect to pay the difference if the item(s) costs more in lieu of refund or credit. Credit and refunding may take 1-14 business days to confirm and complete after the goods are received.
